Prakhar Modern School â Examination Rules
- Punctuality: Students must be seated at least 10 minutes before the exam starts. Late entry is allowed only within the first 15 minutes with a valid reason.
- Admit Card / ID: Students must carry their school ID or admit card. No student will be allowed without proper identification.
- Materials Allowed: Only permitted stationery (pen, pencil, eraser, ruler) may be brought. Books, notes, electronic devices, calculators (unless allowed), and mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
- Conduct During Exam: Maintain silence at all times. Cheating or misbehavior will result in immediate disciplinary action, including cancellation of the exam.
- Submission of Answer Sheets: Answer sheets must be submitted before leaving. Students should write their name, class, and roll number correctly.
- Absence / Leave: Students who miss an exam must provide a valid reason. Makeup exams will be conducted only at the discretion of school authorities.
- Use of Toilets / Leaving Hall: Permission from the invigilator is required. Students cannot leave in the first 30 minutes or last 15 minutes of the exam.
- Result Declaration: Results will be announced as per the school calendar. Check the notice board or online portal for updates.
- General Discipline: Respect teachers, invigilators, and classmates. Misconduct will be reported to the Principal for appropriate action.
